Can be used as a simple humbler as the whole stretching part can be removed. 3. The stretching ring gives option to as just the strictness of the humbler 4. The flat side of the press plate is for lighter ball torture5. The spiked side of the press plate is for really bad boys and sissies. 🙂 6.
